Great bunch of people who work there, if you like pastelillo's and many other dishes to choose from, if you love pastries another place to come, I recommend this establishment come down and enjoy some great food and people.
I have been hearing many good things about this establishment and the wonderful food here. I decided to stop in and try it, Let me tell you it did not disappoint the food was some of thee BEST I've ever tasted And the owner's introduced themselves to me Victor and Jacqueline couldn't have been nicer. Everything here from food to service was TOP TIER I will definitely be a forever customer
The owner was extremely nice and polite. Everyone in the place was super nice. Order 6 trays of rice&beans over 2 days' time. Absolutely delicious. The price was perfect. Will be ordering there from now on!!! Would give this food 6 stars if it let me.
I love their pastalilos and rice and desserts. I can't wait to try even more of their food. And they're a lot more friendly than another local establishment. I was treated very rude. Like I was a bother at another place nearby. I happened to be the only white person there and everyone else was treated quickly and friendly like. But I was treated very differently. Not here at Gonzalez. So they'll be getting my business. Their food is better anyways!
My favorite place to visit whenever I'm too lazy to cook and have a craving for some great Puerto Rican cuisine! The food is always fresh and delicious and the pastries, oh my, the pastries are amazingly satisfying. A large variety of sweets and food and the vibe there is so welcoming. I really enjoy talking to the employees there including the owner, they really treat me well. The portions are large and the variety has me coming back each time for something different, it's a friendly atmosphere with friendly staff who goes out and beyond to help me understand what each and every food/pastry is. I really love this place! Do yourselves a favor, craving good Puerto Rican food, look no further.... They'll take care of you!
This place right here in my honest opinion definitely has the best pastellios around ! I’ve tried all the places around and nobody can compete I’m addicted. The family vibes and atmosphere you get right when you walk through the doors is umatched and the bakery knocks it out the park when it comes to sweets. The employees are always kind and welcoming I haven’t tried any full dinner but I’m sure everything that comes out there doors is absolutely phenomenal. 10/10 a local gem that I hope stays around for generations to come!
